Hello all you golf fans! I promise that I have not fallen off the face of the earth. It has been quite a while since my last blog and I apologize for not keeping it more updated. So many things have been going on in the past month I am not sure where to begin.

Well, lets start with first things first and that is the golf game. I am still on the path of getting my swing to where it needs to be. This week in Decatur, IL was a good one to finally finish a tournament under par. My scoring average this year has not been the best. So to be able to shoot scores around par, is very promising. The weather was extremely hot last week hovering around in the 100 degree range. I am glad my stamina was holding up. I think the heat had a lot to do with everyone’s performance.

Getting closer to home with being in Ohio this week. A new golf course and a new tournament on the schedule is always exciting. The more new tournaments that are added, the more people get to know about women’s golf. And I must say, the quality of the courses we are playing this year have risen. The courses have been set up more difficult, but golf is always a challenge.
